The YB Series Pre-installed Transformer Substation combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc into one compact distribution set.. The housing material is made of channel iron, aluminum alloy, and flame-retardant composite.
It is applicable for power system with rated voltage of 12kV. It has the features of strong completeness, small volume, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, mobility, etc. Compared with the conventional Civil Engineering Transformer Substation, the floor area of the cabinet-type substation with the same capacity is only 1/10~1/5 of the conventional transformer substation, which greatly reduces the designed workload, construction volume and cost. In the power distribution system, it can be used as a ring network power distribution system, and can be used for dual power supply or radiation terminal power distribution system as well. It is the updated complete equipment for construction and reconstruction of current urban and rural substations.

1.The substation cabinet adopts a modular design and is connected with high-strength bolts for easy assembly. The substation base is welded by channel steel, and the four corners of the base are provided with telescopic lifting sleeves for easy lifting.
2.The substation is divided into three parts: high-voltage chamber, transformer room and low-voltage chamber. It adopts the character '罒' type or character '品' type arrangement. The high-voltage cabinet, transformer and low-voltage cabinet are connected to each other through the busbar to form the main circuit, optimizing the electric field distribution. Under the condition of fulfilling the safe insulation distance, composite insulation is added.
3.The top of the housing is designed with a unique insulation and ventilation layer, and is equipped with a temperature-controlled automatic exhaust fan to prevent external heat from entering the housing, on the other hand, the internal heat can be quickly discharged out of the box. The top of the housing is equipped with waterproof eaves.
4.The substation adopts a fully enclosed design and a fully insulated structure. It has a high degree of protection and a complete mechanical or electrical interlocking; and meets the requirements of “1. Prevent mis-separation and mis-matching of circuit breakers; 2. Prevent load-carrying and closing switch or hand-carrying contacts; 3. Prevent live-on (closed) grounding wire (grounding knife); 4. Prevent grounding wire ( Grounding knife switch) Close circuit breaker (isolation switch); 5. Prevent accidental entry into the charging interval.”. It also has a perfect detection, control and protection means. It can be used with remote monitoring systems to meet the automation of power distribution systems.
5.Transformer with excellent performance in substation: It adopts a D, yn11 connection mode, which has small harmonic component, high voltage quality as well as good waveform, and can operate stablely under three-phase unbalanced load.
6.The substation can be equipped with metering cabinets, outlet cabinets, capacitor cabinets and liaison cabinets (when having two transformers), with the overall function of low-voltage switchgear. The general metering cabinet and the main switch cabinet are integrated, that is, the upper part of the cabinet is the meters and the measuring box; and the middle and lower parts are automatic air switches, lightning arresters, and transformers. The capacitor cabinet can be compensated manually and automatically. Capacitor reactive power compensation is generally 15%-20% of the transformer capacity, and the compensation capacity can be increased or decreased according to customer needs.
7. The installation is simple, the field staff only need to tighten the four mounting bolts and connect the incoming and outgoing cables and grounding wire.
8. Convenient maintenance: There are doors around the substation. The indoor height is 2.2m. Maintenance personnel can easily stand on the ground for maintenance. Plug-in fuses and fully insulated elbow type cable heads can make replacement and maintenance easier and more convenient.
9. The functional areas are clearly partitioned. The high-voltage switchgear, transformer and low-voltage switchgear are often installed in the high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber respectively. The three chambers are separated from each other and then connected by cable or busbar. The three chambers all together form a small 'suite' house. The layout of the three chambers is either a character “罒”type or a character “品” type. The house can also be decorated outside, such as tiles or imitation wood, placed in the community, parks, highways, it is small in size and beautiful.

1. The HXGN series loop-network switch cabinet is adopted at the high voltage side, with a gas-forming and gas-compressing load switch, or a vacuum load switch, or an SF6 switch inside.
2. The latest molded case circuit breaker is adopted at the low voltage side, which brings a strong breaking capacity and a good protection performance.
3. Can use either an oil-immersed transformer or a dry type transformer.
4. There are a variety of materials can be selected from for the outer casing, such as the aluminum alloy sheet, steel plate, composite board and other materials. The inner lining uses the heat insulating material, and the top cover uses two layers, which can effectively prevent thermal radiation.
5. The cooling equipment and anti-condensation equipment are provided in the cabinet.
