1. MNS Low-voltage Switchgear framework has the composite structure, and the basic framework is assembled with C-shaped steel. All structural components of the cabinet frame are galvanized, and are firmly connected into the basic cabinet frame with self-tapping locking screws or Level 8.8 hexagon bolts. The complete switchgear is assembled with the doors, partition boards, mounting brackets, bus function units and other components changed with schemes. The internal dimensions of the switchgear, part dimensions and compartment dimensions are changed in a modular (E=25mm) way.
2. Each cabinet of MNS Low-voltage Switchgear is separated into three chambers, i.e., horizontal bus chamber (behind the cabinet), drawer chamber (in front of the cabinet) and cable chamber (below or at the front right of the cabinet). The chambers are separated with either the steel plate or the high-strength flame retardant plastic function board, the upper and lower drawers are separated with the metal plate with ventilation holes, so as to effectively prevent arc-over of the switching elements caused by failure or accident; or by short circuit between the bus and other lines.
3. The structure design of MNS Low-voltage Switchgear can meet requirements in various schemes of incoming and outgoing line, up-in and up-out, up-in and down-out, down-in and up-out and down-in and down-out.

5. Structural components have strong universality and can be assembled flexibly. With E=25mm as the module, the structure and the withdrawable unit can be combined at discretion, so as to satisfy meet the demands for system design.
6. The high-strength flame-retardant plastic function board with high insulation strength is adopted for bus protection, which has the function to resist fault arc, so as to ensure a safe and reliable operation and repair.
7. The mechanical interlock mechanism of drawers of various sizes conforms to standard provisions. There are three obvious positions of connection, test and separation, which is safe and reliable.
8. Standard module design is adopted: they can constitute protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement, indication and other standard units, and can be assembled at discretion according to any requirement.
9. High-strength flame-retardant engineering plastics are used to effectively enhance the safety performance.
