The Mining Explosion-proof Dry-type Transformer for Rectifier Power Supply is applicable for places where underground coal mines are humid, contain gas and coal dust, and have explosion risk. It works with the Rectifier Equipment to provide power supply for equipment.

1. Low No-load Losses
Made of high-quality, high magnetically conductive, low-loss, cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. Using a 45° fully-beveled seam and multi-stage step stacking structure, which effectively reduces no-load losses, no-load current and noise.
2. Low Noise
The noise is from the iron core, and is transferred to the surrounding through the housing. The connection parts are added with silicone sheet, which cuts off the noise spreading approach.

5. Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection
1) Adopt a Nomex paper-wrapped line with insulation grade C that is imported from American DuPont Company. This product uses air insulation and cooling without pollution on the environment, and it has long service life; it can be decomposed for recovery after the service life ends;
2) The high-quality 30Q130 cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet and oxygen-free copper conductor are adopted, so that the actual total loss is lower than that of the other similar products. It saves the energy, and lowers noise. The iron core surface is applied with the high-temperature-resistant rust-proof and damp-proof paint, Grade H insulation material is adopted for the iron core insulator, and there is no damage after operation at high temperature for a long term.
