1. The iron core of the supply transformer is E-shaped, which is of shell structure (coil wrapping iron core).
2. The supply transformer has two windings, a primary winding and a secondary winding. Therefore, there are four leading-out terminals. In order to prevent AC hum and other disturbance, a shielding layer is often added between the primary and the secondary windings, and the shielded layer is the grounding terminal. Therefore, there are 4 wiring terminals of the supply transformer at least.
3. The silicon steel sheet of E-shaped supply transformer is inserted alternatively, no air gap is reserved between E and I plates, and the whole iron core fits together perfectly.
